Exchanges

We are happy to let you exchange items you have purchased from us as long as the items you are returning meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy.

Simply send a note back with your returned items requesting them to be exchanged. Be careful to clearly give the name and size of the item you wish to receive as an exchange.

We cannot guarantee that your requested item will be available at the time we process your exchange. If we are unable to complete your exchange we will refund your return in accordance with our returns policy.

If the returned item is of greater value to that which it is exchanged for, we will refund the difference. If the returned item is of less value to that which it is exchanged for, we will phone you to arrange payment of the difference.

We will cover the postage cost of sending you the first exchange, you will be responsible for all returns postage costs and the delivery of any exchanges other than the first exchange.
