To place an order using our online boutique you need to first open an account with us. This can be done my using the 'Create Account' link at the top righthand side of the page. Any items already in your shopping bag are retained. At any time you can view the contents of your shopping bag by using the 'Shopping Bag' link.

Once you have selected the items you wish to order by placing them in the shopping bag you can then proceed to 'Checkout'. This link is also in the top righthand side of all pages.

Within the Checkout page please confirm that you billing and delivery address(es) are correct. If necessary use the links to add or edit these details.

Also check that the delivery method selected is appropriate. You may also select our gift wrapping service during checkout. A gift message can be placed in the 'Order comments' section. Please also add any special delivery instructions. All deliveries require a signature.

When you proceed to payment your are transferred to our credit card payment partner 'Sagepay'. Sagepay is a leading credit card service provider that uses industry standard internet security measures to keep your payment details safe. You are then requested to select your card type and enter your card details. Once your payment has been accepted you are returned the Carolyn de la Drapiere boutique. You can track and view your order details by using the 'Track Orders' link at the top of the page. This option is only available when you are signed in to our Boutique.
