Your Bespoke Colour
If you love one of our designs but would really like it in your favourite colour, we have great news for you.
We can do it!
This is how
- View the range of clothing items we have on offer within our online boutique. Check that the garment is eligible for colour selection. The item description will clearly state when this is the case.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase and return the item in a colour available within our online boutique. This is simply to ensure the fit of the item is good. We have a 14 day return policy. Please view our returns policy for more details.
- Telephone or send us an email and let us know what garment you are interested in and what colour you would like it to be made in.
- We will send you a selection of colour swatches of the fabric in the colours you have selected.
- You select your favourite colour and send the swatches back to us with your selected colour clearly identified.
- We will then ring you to confirm the details with you and to take advance payment for the garment. Please be aware that returns or refunds are not possible with our bespoke service.
- On receiving payment we will endeavour to make the garment for you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that this could take up to 14 days. Our seamstresses can often be very busy.
Cost
The total cost for this service is :-
- The online boutique cost for your chosen garment. This can include offers and promotions valid at the time of payment.
- £35 bespoke service fee. This covers our additional administrative cost and the cost of sourcing small volumes of fabric.
- If you choose to order and return a similar garment to check that the size and fit is good prior to using our bespoke services then you will need to pay our standard delivery costs.
Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to refund money on bespoke items. Please ensure the size fits perfectly before ordering the item and that the design looks good on you.
