You Supply the Fabric
If you love one of our designs and would like to have it made in fabric of your own choosing, we just maybe able to do it!
This is how
- Select a garment from our current range of garments in the online boutique.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase and return your selected item within our online boutique. This is simply to ensure the fit of the item is good. We have a 14 day return policy. Please view our returns policy for more details.
- Telephone or send us an email and let us know which design you are interested in and description of the fabric you plan to provide. We will then discuss the selection of trims, buttons and zips with you.
- Send us a swatch of the fabric so we can confirm that it is suitable to be used with this design. Let us know the width of the fabric so we can calculate the number of metres you require.
- Once we are sure the fabric is suitable we will then let you know the number of metres to purchase.
- After you have obtained the fabric please telephone us to confirm any final details and to make advance payment for the garment. Please be aware that returns or refunds are not possible with our bespoke service.
- On receiving payment we will endeavour to make the garment for you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that this could take up to 14 days. Our seamstresses can often be very busy.
Cost
The total cost for this service is :-
- The online boutique cost for your chosen garment. This can include offers and promotions valid at the time of payment.
- £15 bespoke service fee. This covers our additional administrative cost.
- If you choose to order and return a similar garment to check that the size and fit is good prior to using our bespoke services then you will need to pay our standard delivery costs.
Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to refund money on bespoke items. Please ensure the size fits perfectly before ordering the item and that the design looks good on you.
