for Carolyn de la Drapiere at the Curves in Couture Fashion Show

LondonThe world’s most stunningly beautiful plus size models took part in this amazing show that not only showed off a number of collections from renowned designers, but also raised money and awareness for the very commendable charity, ‘The Advance Centre’ which specialises in helping families with brain damaged children.

Carolyn de la Drapiere was proud to be showcased in this historical show for it was the first of it’s kind in Britain — proudly featuring curvaceous models in stunning designer clothes, and sponsored by ‘The British Fashion Council ‘. Luminaries in attendance included Caroline Rush , CEO of the British fashion Council, The Countess Sondes, patron of the Advance Centre, Equalities Minister, Lynne Featherstone, Zandra Rhodes, John Swannell, Nick Ede, Eve Pollard, Natalie Cassidy and many more.

Linda Scotson, a remarkable woman who has changed the world dramatically for brain damaged children.

Walking the catwalk for Carolyn was the renowned and totally gorgeous, American model, Lizzie Miller who looked amazing in a long slinky and very sensuous red flowing full length silk gown.

Beautiful British Model, Melissa Lacy in a luscious white frilly shirt and silver jacket.

And finally the Grand Finale — There is no quicker way to look plumper and shorter than when walking in between two of the tallest, most gorgeous models imaginable, but will add this photo so you can have a little giggle at my expense!!!
