Deep red dress with ruffles and stole
The dress is cut with an empire line to fall in a flattering line over the stomach and hips. Flounces edge three panels made from chiffon that run down the full length of the dress. The sleeves are bell shape and are also edged in flounces. 
The stole is made entirely of tiny deep red flounces that give the outfit its totally diva look.
