Draped in tiny mad ruffles, on a shot emerald and black silk chiffon, the effect is mesmerising. It reminds one of old Hollywood glamour when stars were stars and were wanting to shine as brightly as possible. Lined in black silk this top could not be more opulent, outrageous or indeed more stunning.
