Oh the fantasy of this gorgeous dress. Layered in the lightest French chiffon that is shot with two colours, this dress is a vision of colour and vibrance. It is so delicate, so detailed and so deceptively flattering to the figure, for it covers a multitude of sins under those three pretty tiers that flounce ever so cleverly over the hips and tummy.
The capped sleeves mirror the flounces of the skirt with three lovely tiers that cover the arms ever so subtly..
